Customer Guide

Login / Register: Create an account using your mobile number and OTP.
Book Pickup: Select the scrap categories and choose a preferred date and time for pickup.
Track Orders: Monitor the status of your assigned partner from the dashboard.
Booking History: View past completed orders and generated invoices.
Receive Payment: Get paid instantly in Cash or via UPI upon successful scrap collection.

Partner Login: Access the partner app using registered credentials.
Assigned Pickups: View new and pending pickup tasks in your local area.
Navigation: Use the integrated Google Maps feature to reach the customer's location.
Scrap Collection: Verify items, weigh them accurately, and submit details into the app.
Order Completion: Complete the transaction, initiate payment, and close the request.

Manage Orders: View and manage all incoming pickup requests from the dashboard.
Assign Partners: Manually or automatically assign available kabadiwalas to specific orders based on location.
Invoice Approval: Review submitted scrap details and approve final invoices for payment.
Analytics: Track performance metrics, overall collections, and revenue generation.
System Settings: Update pricing, manage users, and configure platform parameters.
