agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do
not use our services.

By visiting, browsing, or using our platform, you:

- Accept any updates made from time to time
Kabadiman reserves the right to modify or discontinue services at any time without prior notice.
Services
Kabadiman operates in the scrap industry, offering:
- Scrap collection (paper, plastic, metal, e-waste)
- On-demand pickup services
- Marketplace connecting users with kabadiwalas
Pickup Policy
- Users must provide accurate details (name, address, phone)
- Pickup will be scheduled based on user request
- Minimum 15 KG scrap required (else charges may apply)
- Users can reschedule or cancel before pickup
- Once pickup is completed and payment is made, cancellation is not allowed
- Rates are fixed as per price list
Kabadiman may reschedule pickups due to unforeseen circumstances.
Platform Role
Kabadiman is a facilitator platform that connects buyers and sellers.
- We do not take ownership of scrap
- We are not responsible for disputes between users and kabadiwalas
- Transactions are executed between users and service providers
Account Registration
To use services, you must create an account. You agree that:
- All information provided is accurate
- You are responsible for activities under your account
- You will not share your account with others

Cancellation Policy
- Users can cancel pickup requests before execution
- Kabadiman may accept or reject requests based on service availability
- No cancellation allowed after scrap is collected and payment is made

User Responsibilities
You agree NOT to:
- Use the platform for illegal activities
- Upload harmful or malicious content
- Attempt unauthorized access
- Violate intellectual property rights
Account Security
- Keep your password confidential
- Do not impersonate others
- Inform us of any unauthorized access
Kabadiman may suspend or terminate accounts without notice if misuse is detected.
Electronic Consent
By using the platform, you consent to:
- Digital agreements
- Online transactions
- Communication via email/SMS
Breach of Terms
If any user violates these terms, Kabadiman reserves the right to:
- Suspend or terminate account
- Restrict future access
- Take legal action if necessary
Intellectual Property
All logos, branding, and content belong to Kabadiman. Unauthorized use may result
in legal action.
Amendments
Kabadiman may update these terms anytime. Continued use of services means acceptance of updated
terms.
